《徐灵胎医学全书》为医学全书。清·徐大椿撰。16种。此书是在1764年徐氏自刊的《徐氏医书六种》基础上增辑而成。计有《难经经释》、《医学源流论》、《神农本草经百种录》、《医贯砭》、《伤寒论类方》、《兰台轨范》、《洄溪医案》、《慎疾刍言》、《内经诠释》、《洄溪脉学》、《脉诀启悟注释》、《六经病解》、《伤寒约编》、《舌鉴总论》、《杂病源》、《女科医案》。徐氏学识渊博，医学|教育网搜集整理著述甚丰，且颇为后世所重。现存多种清刊本及上海广益书局铅印本。
