作者简介
王维恒(作品通用名:王惟恒;曾用笔名:恒芳、王恒、王惟、韦亨),男,安徽怀宁人。1974年1月高中毕业后即在农村合作医疗室从事乡村医生工作。1977年底恢复高考招生的 年,考入安徽省中医药高等专科学校,毕业后在基层医院从事中医临床工作,1984年起担任基层卫生院院长;1996年任安徽省怀宁卫校副校长兼教导主任,承担社区医学专业《中医学》和《预防医学》科教学工作;2007年起任安徽省怀宁血吸虫病防治站副站长,分管血防专科医院。系安徽省科普作家协会医学专业委员会委员;中华医学会安庆分会医学教育专业委员会委员。

感冒俗称“伤风”,是小儿时期一种常见的外感疾病,多因感受风邪(主要是病毒,少数为细菌感染)所致,临床以鼻咽部炎症为主要表现。早期症状为发热恶寒、头痛、鼻塞、流涕、打喷嚏、食欲不振。鼻涕开始为清水样,2~3天后变稠。若病情较重,且具有传染性,则称为“时行感冒”(流行性感冒),西医认为本病系病毒感染所致。
本病一年四季均可发病,以冬、春季节为多见。流感传染性强,主要是通过带有患者飞沫的用具进行传播,约有1/3 儿童会出现急性气管炎、肺炎、中耳炎、喉炎、鼻窦炎、扁桃体炎等情况,应引起重视。
目前对感冒尚无特效的药物治疗,发现小儿感冒就迫不及待地去输液、服用抗生素,往往会引起一些不该发生的后果。若能按中医辨证治疗,则能达到减轻症状、提高患者机体抵抗力的目的,使患儿早日康复。
就拿小儿风寒感冒而言,厨房里的葱、姜、豆豉就能解决问题。笔者常推荐给孩子家长以下3个食疗偏方。

◎姜葱豆豉饮
组成:连须葱白 3 根,淡豆豉10克,生姜10克。
用法:将葱白、生姜分别洗净,用刀拍碎,与淡豆豉一起入锅,加水1碗,煮沸 15 分钟左右,弃渣留汁。趁热服下,盖被出微汗。每晚睡前服,避风寒。
功效:本方具有辛温发汗、解表祛邪之功,可用于小儿风寒感冒、恶寒发热、鼻塞流涕。
◎葱姜醋面片
组成:面粉 100 克,葱 3 段,生姜 3 片,豆豉 5 克,食醋 3~5毫升。
