This is a bread mold developed by the Asai Shoten Prototype Team in pursuit of the size of 1 pint of commercially available bread that couldn't be achieved in conventional bread molds. We have set the length of each side with a balance of height, and the shape of a sliced 1 jin has been determined to achieve the natural shrinkage of the fired coin.
Height is 5.1 inches (13 cm) and slightly higher.
What is Altite bread mold?
Aluminum plated steel is called Altitite, where heat is well distributed evenly, so it does not cause unevenness in burns, and is used for commercial use. The cheapest part is also attractive. The oil will become easy to use when you use it, but when you use it for the first time, you may need to prepare it for the first time, and it is a little troublesome for those who have no time or for beginners.
What is Super Silicone Treatment?
It refers to the coating of colored silicone that is suitable for Altite. Unlike traditional transparent silicone, the fine silicone particles are sprayed evenly and evenly without damaging the material for a better seal and longer lasting silicone life.
The super silicone mould is the best feature of the mold that you need no hassle to bake in the air.
■Care instructions: After using, wipe away dirt and dry before storage.

Tinplate Altite Alster Ghill will break away from the mold due to the oil that is adhered to it, so it usually does not wash with detergent, and gently wipe away the dirt.
