seconds on HIGH. Reheat in 10 seconds increments if needed and test the temperature.
Hot Water - Immerse Suptrust gel back in hot water(not boiling) for 6-10 min.
COLD THERAPY PHYSICAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Store In freezer for a minimum of 2 hours before use.
CAUTIONS:
Do not apply the gel pack directly to skin, use a towel or wrap.
